The Library
The Library contains the peer-reviewed, fully annotated editions of Queen’s Men plays in both old- and modern-spelling, and it contains a relevant bibliography with links to online resources. The major architectural difference between this site and the ISE mother-site is that our QME site uses production resources and images where possible to demonstrate the integral relationship between performance and text.
Plays to be included in QME are:
- Clyomon and Clamydes
- Friar Bacon and Friar Bungay
- King Leir
- Selimus
- The Famous Victories of Henry V
- The Cobbler’s Prophecy
- The Old Wives Tale
- The Three Ladies of London
- The Three Lords and Three Ladies of London
- The Troublesome Reign of King John
- The True Tragedy of Richard III
